Product Support Specialist (Temporary Position)

As a Product Support Specialist at Abilia, you’ll be a key support person for both customers and colleagues. You’ll work on the front lines of technical support and ensure that our users receive fast and effective assistance at both the first and second levels. This is a one-year temporary position to cover a leave of absence for one of our permanent employees.
Your goal is to resolve issues efficiently, ensure positive customer experiences, and help make our products even better. You know what’s most urgent and prioritize accordingly, while documenting solutions so the entire team can improve together. We’re looking for someone who is proactive in their approach, takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, and acts on them.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software.
Perform simple repairs and troubleshooting on electronic products.
Deliver first-class service to both customers and internal contacts.
Handle support cases via phone, email, and on-site at the customer’s location.
Document and follow up on cases in our case management system.
Handle warranty and repair cases.
Collaborate with third-line support and the development department to resolve more complex issues.
Share knowledge with colleagues and build strong relationships with our customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS) and deliver in accordance with agreed-upon service levels (SLA).
Qualifications:
Experience with technical support and customer service.
Practical and technical understanding, and the ability to perform simple repairs
A high degree of initiative, adaptability, and the ability to get things done.
Strong proficiency with operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android.
Class B driver’s license, as there will occasionally be a need to provide support and perform repairs on-site at the customer’s location.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English.
Proficiency in German is also desirable, but not required.
