Product Solution Specialist – Cognitive Assistive Technology

Abilia is seeking a passionate individual with a background in ergotherapy to support the rollout of MEMOplanner in Germany.
The role involves consultation and collaboration with ergotherapists, social institutions, care facilities, and families.
You will train and support ergotherapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in using MEMOplanner across Germany.

Your Profile
- Degree in Ergotherapy or a related field
- Experience in training and customer support is a plus
- Fluent in German; English proficiency required
- Strong communication and digital skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops, webinars and product presentations
- Support implementation in care facilities, with ergotherapists, social institutions, and families
- Build relationships with key stakeholders

- Starke Kommunikations- und digitale Fähigkeiten

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung von Workshops, Webinars und Produktpräsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung in Pflegeeinrichtungen, mit Ergotherapeuten, sozialen Einrichtungen und Familien
- Aufbau von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Interessengruppen
